Terms of Use

These terms apply to the SG Mahjong app for iPad, made by Yew Huat Tang. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these additional terms. By using the app you agree to both.

1. Play money only

SG Mahjong is a game for entertainment. All stakes, payouts, bankrolls and winnings in the app are play money. No real money can be wagered, deposited, paid out or won, and play money has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or prizes.

Success in a simulated game does not mean you will succeed at real-money gambling. Please don't use the app to arrange or settle real bets between players.

2. Hall of Fame and player names

The Hall of Fame lets you post your winning hands, together with your player name, for everyone who uses the app to see. By posting you agree that:

• Your player name and posts contain nothing offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, harassing or illegal, and don't impersonate anyone.
• You only post hands you won in the app.
• There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Offensive names are blocked automatically. We review reports within 24 hours, remove posts that break these rules, and may block the players who posted them.

Every player can report a post or block a player from the post's page in the app. You can also email reports to richardtang@me.com.

3. Game Center

Leaderboards are provided by Apple Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do our best to follow Singapore Mahjong rules and to keep the app running, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and rules vary between tables.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
